How to Easily Peel Small Onions
Prepare a bowl with ice water and set aside.
Cut the roots off of the onions.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and lower onions into the water. To avoid splashing, use a skimmer or a slotted spoon.
Boil for a minute.
Drain the onions.
Place onions in ice water for a minute to stop the cooking.
Pinch the stems of the onions and the onions will slide out of the peels.
